AVIVA on Broadway is a boutique development featuring 29 apartments located in a prime position in the heart of Crawley.
The brief:
Rumbot was engaged to write the brochure and website copy to target overseas markets, specifically investors and students looking for accommodation in Perth while studying at the nearby University of WA
The client wanted to push the premium location, proximity to the CBD, river, Kings Park, and Claremont Quarter, as well as the USP that all apartments will feature a mid-range specification with a few ‘more premium’ touches/upgrade options.
The architect’s vision:
“Before the suburb itself people have been attracted to Nedlands by its river, hot springs and accessibility to the Perth CBD. What made Nedlands attractive as a health resort in the early 20th century continues to make it a desirable place to call home. Now AVIVA represents the fourth generation of apartment living in Nedlands.
This new generation of homes seeks to respect the areas built form history and streetscape whilst ensuring its considered design enables the best quality of space, light and natural ventilation for its future residents.
In an established suburb such as Nedlands there are unique and unexpected views available in all directions which are framed by AVIVA’s generous glazing and floorplans which make almost all homes ‘corner apartments’.
