The BBQFather brand identity.
The BBQFather is a family owned, fully licensed restaurant serving authentic Italian favourites and Texan style smoked meats – an unusual pairing that the business found difficult to communicate effectively. Rumbot undertook a brand review process, which revealed an easy- going attitude.
While they don’t take themselves too seriously, they take their food and service very seriously, using only the best ingredients, huge servings, a beast of a menu, catering and delivery.
Armed with this intel, we created the tagline ‘Good times, full bellies’. This became our campaign platform to roll out a series of light-hearted messages that captured the unique brand attitude. Now when people think of BBQFather, they think of a fun, unpretentious restaurant that knows how to treat you to a good night out.
