Botanica is a leafy boutique development set in a well-connected neighbourhood in the company of shady streets and familiar facades, offering home and land packages designed to be styled your way.
Rumbot was engaged by the client to assist in building the brand platform, including naming and development of a tagline. ‘Botanica’ pays homage to the site’s past life as a nursery renowned for being WA’s first importer of azaleas, while ‘Time to shine’ evokes a bright, sunny feel, inviting targets to embrace the moment by joining a community where they can flourish and experience life in full bloom.
